DTU Delhi offers admission to B.Tech, BBA, B.A (Hons), B.Des, M.Tech, M.Des, M.Sc and Ph.D. For admission to DTU Delhi UG courses candidates have to secure a merit score in the JEE Main and UCEED as well as the qualifying examination. Whereas, for admission into the DTU Delhi PG courses candidates must pass the GATE, CEED and qualifying examinations. To get admission into the Ph.D courses candidates must pass the qualifying examination needed.

DTU Delhi offers placements to final-year students studying in the college. According to the DTU Delhi placement NIRF Report 2023 available, out of 2055 eligible undergraduate students 1,807 students are placed in the campus drive that took place. Whereas, out of 300 eligible PG students present 209 were placed. And the total number of students selected for higher education ranges from 65 to 234. The top companies that participated in the campus drive 2023 are Deutsche Bank, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Avery Dennison, GAIL, Uber and many more.

DTU Delhi offers various types of campus facilities to the students as well as working staff members of the college. Delhi Technological University, Delhi has separate hostel facilities for both boys and girls.
