DIT University Admission

DIT University offers admission for undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral programs through on-campus admission counseling. The admission requires students to register online for counseling sessions or group discussion and personal interviews for the respective courses.

The process for online admission counseling:

• Candidates must register with DIT University on the official website.
• Fill the registration form and pay the registration fee of INR 1250.
• After the announcement of respective board results candidates must update their marks on DIT University Registration Form.

• After updating the respective mark-sheets candidates can select their preferred course.

For the counseling process, candidates need to bring their respective documents mentioned for their selected course along with a DD of INR 15,000 in favor of DIT University, payable at Dehradun.

• MERIT BASED SCHOLARSHIP

Scholarships are based on merit throughout the program. Students get 10, 20, and 30% of scholarship on tuition fees.

• UTTARAKHAND / OTHER HIMALAYAN STATES SCHOLARSHIP

26% scholarship on Tuition fee is granted to the permanent residents of Uttarakhand / Other Himalayan States for whom 40% seats are reserved in all UG / PG programmes. For claiming the scholarship students need to carry a valid Original Domicile Certificate at the time of their Counseling / Admission.

• SHRI NAVEEN AGARWAL JI SCHOLARSHIP FOR GIRL STUDENTS

10% scholarship on Tuition fee for Girl students in 1st year of UG program, if the student has scored 80% and above in X & XII Standard. For continuation of CGPA of 8.5 should be maintained every year.

5% scholarship on Tuition fee for the ward of a single mother whose income is less than 5 LPA.

• SCHOLARSHIP FOR DIFFERENTLY ABLED STUDENT

Scholarship of 5% on Tuition fee is applicable for the differently-abled student. Eligible students must submit the certificate of Handicap by the Government/Hospital. For continuation of the scholarship the student should maintain a CGPA of 7.0 every year.
