New Horizon College of Engineering also known as NHCE is a private engineering college situated near Marathahalli, in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. New Horizon College of Engineering was established in 2001. The NHCE is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The institute is also approved by Govt. of Karnataka, NBA and NAAC. As per the NIRF 2023, the institute is ranked 4th in Bangalore, 6th in Karnataka and rank band 151-200 in Engineering Category.
New Horizon College of Engineering offers BE, M.Tech, MBA and MCA programs at UG and PG level respectively. With this New Horizon College of Engineering (NHCE) also offers Ph.D. in different specializations at Doctorate level. Admission to all the courses are based on national and state-level entrance exams.
B.E is the flagship course at New Horizon College of Engineering. Admission to the BE program is based on 2nd PUC/ 12th standard or equivalent examination with english as one of the languages and should have scored an aggregate of 45% in Physics & Maths as compulsary subjects along with Chemistry / Bio-technology/ Computer Science/ Electronics/ Biology and also a valid score in KCET conducted by Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). Whereas M.Tech, MBA and MCA admissions are based on degree/ graduation marks for direct admission and a valid score in Karnataka PGCET followed by counselling.
